Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any products. You must understand that by purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By making a purchase at DEMARCA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms and conditions, which apply to all orders made at DEMARCA for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions prevail over any others unless a new agreement is signed by the parties.

Since the terms and conditions may be updated occasionally (for example, to reflect technological changes, our business model, system capabilities, or laws and regulations), we recommend that you visit this page regularly to stay informed of any changes to these terms and conditions.

Hereinafter referred to as DEMARCA.

  1. Pricing Policy: The prices shown on our website are up to date, but we reserve the right to change them without prior notice. All prices are in euros. Please note that any customs duties, charges, or additional taxes applied by the destination country to the goods for delivery, except for EU countries, may apply.
  2. Order Processing: Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, and you will receive a tracking number and details by email. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. We recommend consulting our Shipping page for additional information. The shipping time, however, depends on availability; for items not in stock and personalized items, the stock will be updated between 1 to 3 weeks. Shipments are always made through DPD. For deliveries in mainland Portugal, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours on business days, and 48 to 120 hours for the islands, after shipment. Shipments to countries in the European Community and/or European Union and the rest of the world have an estimated shipping time of 3 to 5 business days. We recommend consulting our Shipping page for additional information. When the shopping cart value is equal to or greater than 150 euros, shipping will be free, except during active campaigns.
  3. Undelivered or Refused Orders: If you are unable to receive your order at the shipping address, it will be left at the nearest or chosen Pickup point within the indicated time frame. If you are unable to pick up your order at the designated Pickup point within 6 days, it will be returned to our office. We will only be able to proceed with a new shipment upon prior payment of the shipping costs and any other costs we may incur, which will be promptly informed by email.
  4. Exchange and Return Policy: All returns must arrive at our facilities within 14 days of receipt. For additional information, we recommend consulting the FAQs – exchanges and returns. We accept exchanges of your items for others of equal or greater value, within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, without any signs of use, and properly packaged in their original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled. To exchange any item, it is essential to present the purchase receipt and, where applicable, the card used for payment. During discount campaigns, such as Black Friday, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.
  5. Warranty: DEMARCA offers a three-year warranty, including maintenance and assistance on its items, except for damages resulting from incorrect use, accidental damage, or damage caused by the use of abrasive and corrosive substances (e.g., perfumes applied directly to the pieces, detergents).
  6. Order Payment: Until payment is made, the products remain the property of DEMARCA. The price applied to the products at the date of order confirmation prevails over any subsequent changes. Additionally, you can check the shipping costs and any applicable fees, such as taxes or customs duties, at checkout before proceeding with the order payment.   7. Suspected Fraud: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud to ensure the security of our customers’ transactions on our website. We reserve the right to use all legal remedies to address any violation or disregard of our terms and conditions, including blocking access to our website and forwarding any signs of fraud to the authorities or payment providers. Unauthorized access to password-protected areas of the website is expressly prohibited and constitutes illegal behavior.
  8. Complaint Handling: We commit to responding to all customer complaints or inquiries within a maximum of 5 business days.
